Meals: Participation in the camp's meal plan is optional. You may also bring your own food and do your own cooking. Please bear in mind that the cabins do not have facilities for cooking or washing dishes. Meal plans can also be purchased on-site.

Accessibility: Please write to the Gathering Registrar about special needs and accessibility requirements. We will be renting a golf cart for accessibility. You may borrow one of our portable radios to contact whoever is operating the golf cart when you need a ride.

Community Service: Community service is an integral part of the gathering experience. CPC and its activities are run entirely by volunteers. We ask all of our adult participants to contribute some of their time to help us operate the gathering.
