Mailing lists and registration files for the MARNA Summer Camp and CPC Summer Gathering are considered private and confidential, as required by CPC's internal policy and corporate Bylaws. Copies are not available to third parties. This policy is strictly enforced. |

Registration data tables stored on our server are password-protected and accessible only by a handful of trusted CPC staff members. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption protects registration data downloaded by the Registrar from our web server. |
Credit card payments for on-line registrations are processed by Pay Pal using SSL encryption. Your credit card information is not available to Summer Camp staff, nor to members of the Chesapeake Pagan Community.
Registration data traveling between your computer and our web server is not encrypted. If you are concerned about unauthorized persons intercepting your registration data, send your registration to us by postal mail.
